Terrainium does not collect or personal information aside from names, phone numbers and email addresses that are submitted during support operations for any product or service. Such information is only retained for the ongoing support of our clients and is not passed on to any third party for any reason unless permission is granted from the owner of the information.
Terrainium and any application owned by Terrainium:
- Does not store location information. Applications may store location information on a local device, bit this is not transmitted outside the device.
- Does not access information, other than location, on any user device
- Does not transmit or export any information from any device to any other service, cloud storage or individual.
Exceptions
The only exception to the above is in the event of an emergency where Terrainium may supply location or personal information to Emergency Services as required for the purpose of contact or rescue.
